Motorola returns with a new smartphone named Droid 4, the phone in question has already transpired in the month of October with some images, but now the manufacturer has revealed its inside features. The new Droid 4 seems an improvement and therefore an update of the now well known Droid 3, with some of the most powerful internal features that adapt to the current high-end smartphone market.
Here are some internal features of this new Droid 4. The physical QWERTY keyboard has been improved. Inside the Droid 4 includes a processor, dual-core 1.2 Ghz, 1 GB of RAM and perhaps more interesting – for the U.S. market – LTE 4G connectivity, which according to the manufacturer, is 10 times faster than Verizon’s 3G. It also has a large 4-inch QHD screen with resolution of 960 x 540 pixels and protection Gorilla Glass. 16 GB of internal memory, an 8 megapixel camera on the back capable of recording video at 1080p, and finally a front camera with 720p recording.
The design of this new Droid 4 is very similar to the above, the screen looks a little more centered with the keyboard and the latter is more visible, with keys clearer and more recognizable. A very clean and appealing design that leaves its mark, attractive and somewhat mysterious in the style of Motorola. It has some lines of the Motorola Razr, but obviously the body is most often due to the sliding keyboard is hidden under the screen once placed. The thickness of the Droid 4 is 12.7 mm.
The battery is 1785 mAh against 1540 mAh, so with a longer life which unfortunately does not specify the manufacturer, even if you can add a few hours on standby and in use than its predecessor.
As for the OS, the smartphone will come with Android 2.3 Gingrerbread, but taking into account the acquisition of Google and work closely with the search giant, upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich is just around the corner.
Finally, Motorola has created a comparison that shows its Droid models to tempt consumers in the U.S. market before the arrival, an arrival scheduled for 8 December.
