After numerous complaints from owners of a Samsung Galaxy S4 due to rapid wear and tear of the batteries of their mobile devices, Samsung has reacted fairly quickly and understanding and has announced that it will replace all damaged battery with a new one at no cost to the user.
The main problem with batteries is given because their deterioration is very fast and within weeks the battery starts behaving strangely.
In some cases even this has come to swell, Samsung has given no concrete explanation which is a terrible inconvenience as the back cover begins to suffer trouble staying closed with indignation user is clear that paid a lot of money for the smartphone.
“We are aware that this problem has affected a limited number of customers, so we ask all affected customers please visit their nearest Samsung service center where they can receive a replacement battery free of charge”.
If you have a Samsung Galaxy 4 and although you do not have problems with the battery our recommendation is clear, better safe than sorry so do yourself as you can with a spare battery for your S4.
