A pre-release version (which is not the final and official version) of Android 4.3 for the Samsung Galaxy S4 comes out today. It is already available for download and can be installed with the SamMobile devices. This version not only provides the latest operating system from Google, Android 4.3 on the Galaxy S4, but also other software features found on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
