Galaxy Note 3 vs Galaxy S4: Comparison video

Before the official release of Galaxy Note 3, many people thought it was just a Galaxy S4 with a larger screen and a pen with several software supports. In fact, the Galaxy Note 3 is much more powerful than the Galaxy S4 at both of its processor and capacity of its RAM, but it also differs from the Galaxy S4 on several points. Design

Without much surprise, the design of the Galaxy Note 3 is closely related to that of the Galaxy S4 , with the same provisions of the physical buttons, the general appearance, although the Galaxy Note 3 is a little more “rectangular” the Galaxy S4. Moreover, the same plastic (which incidentally is very nice) is used at the front, while the back of Note 3 is designed faux leather that still gives a much more elegant appearance.

The screen

If the big screens on mobile devices often have the drawback of having too low a density of pixels per inch Full HD screen of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from the top of its 5.7-inch still offers a very good detail followed very colorful and almost natural. As a reminder, the Galaxy S4 currently runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Samsung’s TouchWiz overlay, but it will receive an update to Android 4.3 as early as next October to be able to connect with the Galaxy Gear Samsung among others.

Performance

The Galaxy Note 3 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor clocked at 2.3 GHz. A more limited version runs on an Exynos 5 Octa 5420 but will be marketed in some regions. Otherwise, the two processors will be supported by a 3GB RAM.

For its part, the Galaxy S4 most prevalent in the world runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600, clocked at 1.9 GHz and supported by 2GB of RAM. Otherwise, a version under Exynos 5 Octa 5410 is also available in some areas. In all cases, the internal memory of the device is expandable via a Micro SD card.

Digital Camera

Finally, we can mention the digital camera of the Galaxy Note 3 which is similar to the Galaxy S4, that is to say, a 13 MP sensor, but differs from the latter by its ability to shoot in UHD.
